The system counts on you missing something. A form, a date, a letter that never comes back. One slip and a good claim is gone.

The Keeper guarantee: we stand behind the paperwork.$1,000

Do every required step in Keeper and, if your claim is wrongly denied anyway, Keeper pays you $1,000.

Terms not final. The required steps are marked in the app as you go.

Say what happened. Keeper does the paperwork.

  1. Tell your assistant what happened.

In your own words, typed or spoken. A photo of the letter works too.

  2. Keeper drafts and files.

The claim, the appeal, or the grievance, written to the rule it relies on and sent certified. You approve every page first.

  3. You keep the paper trail.

Every letter tracked to the signature, every deadline on your calendar, every receipt in your Wallet.

It tells you what to say, and who to say it to.

  • This happened at work today. Please put that in my chart.

To the first doctor who treats you
  • I reasonably believe this interview could lead to discipline, and I am requesting my union representative before it continues.

To the boss who calls you in
  • Under Section 8(a) of the Illinois Workers' Compensation Act, this is my first choice of physician.

One app. Every case, every letter, every clock.

Straight answers.

Is this legal advice?
No. Keeper drafts, files, and keeps track of the deadlines, and every document comes with the rule it relies on, so you can check it. When a case needs a licensed attorney, we say so and hand it off, under privilege.
Does this replace my steward or my union?
No. It arms them. Your grievance arrives written to the contract, with the timeline and evidence organized, so your steward starts at step one instead of at a blank page.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. That's the whole point. If you can say what happened, you can use this. Type it, say it, or send a photo of the paper.
What if I don't speak English well?
Keeper works in ten languages, including Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, and Arabic. Tell us what happened, your way, and the questions and the answer come back in your language.
What does $14 a month get me?
As many claims, appeals, and grievances as you need. You tell us what happened, we draft and file, and you get the paper trail.
Is a real person ever involved?
Yes. Our support line is always open, and when a case needs a person, a real one steps in and stays on it. Anything that needs a licensed professional gets routed to one.
